<p> When you open the doors to communication, you start releasing 	stress, which helps you to cope. Everyday you might wake up, rush 	out the door, and go to work. At work, you do your job, get it over 	with, and finally go home. During the hours in the day you may have 	talked a few times, depending on your job, but most of us sit, 	think, and then go to sleep with only communicating one or two hours 	during the course of the day. <br/><br />
 Communication is an effective work tool, since if you communicate 	you will find relief. Through communication we transmit, messages 	while interaction with others or self. As we start to interact 	mentally, it helps us to deal with issues while growing into a 	relation with self, or others. Making contact with self and other is 	the process of sending messages while making announcements, 	statements, or else while exchanging your ideas. This transfer 	messages and consultant minds often produce from the action. <br/><br />
 Failure to communicate will cause stress. If you continue to fail to 	communicate, it will gradually lead to higher elevations of stress. 	Therefore, if you fail to communicate now, welcome anxiety and panic 	later. <span id="more-34"></span><br/><br />
 Communication helps reduce anxiety and panic, since it conveys 	message as you exchange words. This process helps you to stay in 	touch by corresponding often with the mind. As you learn to 	communicate, you will start learning and will make connections with 	self and others. This interaction process leads you into a healthy 	life. You can join with your mind and communicate anytime <br/><br />
 One of the saddest things in life is negative or irrational 	influences have stated that if you talk to self you are nuts. Some 	even believe if you talk to self and answer you are nuts. This is 	far removed from the truth. These people are mislead, since talking 	to self is great therapy and talking and answering self is deep, 	analytic thinking therapy. Thus, communicate regardless of what 	people think. <br/><br />
 You know anxiety and panic stems from stress, stress comes from 	stressors and the underlying problem is fear. Now if you equate and 	measure: fear - stressors - stress - anxiety - panic, since they 	will fall in this order, you will see where you need to start 	communicating to rid self of anxiety and panic. <br/><br />
 Fear: think back when the last time you felt fear. How did you 	respond? What were your reactions? Did you feel phobia, panic? Was 	you alarmed, and feeling worried and concerned. Was the fear a 	nightmare, terror, or horror you could have lived without? Answer 	the questions and don&#8217;t worry about stereotype judging, since it is 	ok to debate aloud and answer. <br/><br />
 Now think of your situation and consider the danger of the 	situation, activity, and/or experience. If the danger was mild, 	think back and reconsider how you could have handled the problem. 	Think about what you could have done to reduce the fear, stressors, 	stress, anxiety, and panic. <br/><br />
 Stressors: What do you see in your life now that poses risks of 	elevating your stress level? Do you have steep bills? Do you have 	difficulty managing your income? Do you find it hard to stay 	organized? Do you drink excessively? Do you smoke? Do you chew 	tobacco? Do you take drugs? Do you party long hours? Do you isolate 	self from everyone and self? <br/><br />
 Stressors come in many forms, and while we could make a list of 	stressors, it&#8217;s up to you to pinpoint your own stressors and start 	the process of elimination.</p>

<p> We all want peace and happiness in our lives. We aspire for a 	happy and harmonious environment around us all the time. However, to 	have all this we must be living in an ideal world. Nevertheless, we 	all know that our world is not ideal and tensions, panicky 	situations and anxieties arise every now and then. However, we 	should not be afraid of them and whenever these situations arise we 	must be armed to deal with them in the most effective manner 	possible. For this, we must first be able to analyse our emotions 	and accept them as they are. Understanding the emotions can help you 	to learn to control the emotions without allowing the overwhelming 	feelings and emotions take control. As the last step, we must try to 	transfigure all such negative emotions like anxiety and panic into 	positive ones. <br/><br />
 Anxiety has often been connected with worry and both are understood 	as the same emotion. Nevertheless, this is not true because even 	though both are forms of fear but anxiety is related more to time 	and resources constraints whereas worry is a result of an 	apprehension that something we plan will not work out well. <br/><br />
 Anxiety occurs because sometimes we need to complete a tight-string 	project and we fall short of time. The project is of utmost 	importance and due to shortage of time or any other contributing 	factor you will not be able to finish it to perfection or on time. <span id="more-16"></span><br/><br />
 Often worry also results from the same reasons. Nevertheless, the 	major difference here that we must understand is that it may not 	just be a result of lack of resources but may be also because of 	some problem with your child or spouse or any other personal issue. 	Worries are a result of our personal attachments with certain beings 	or things. <br/><br />
 All these feelings are absorbed by our mind since childhood. We see 	the way people react to certain situations and emulate them. While 	some people behave in appositive manner to situations other don&#8217;t. 	Whichever affects us more determines how we behave to those 	situations. <br/><br />
 To get rid of all these anxieties and worries one must follow a 	proper regime and diet. Following the below mentioned points will go 	a long way in helping you to reduce anxiety and panic situations. <br/><br />

 1. Regular exercises like an early morning walk, jog, or aerobics. 2. Try yoga. It helps in improving your blood flow and reduces 	hyperventilation. 3. Whenever a panic situation arises, try to concentrate with deep 	breathing. 4. Try meditation as a solution searching method. 5. Follow a healthy low fat and high vitamin diet. <br/><br />
 Following the above-mentioned routine and steps will help you in 	freeing yourself from negative thoughts and emotions and creating a 	positive atmosphere around you. Try these positive countermeasures 	to anxiety whenever it strikes. <br/><br />
 1. We must accept that whatever is happening to us has no intention 	to harm us. We must give whatever we do, our best shot but it is 	useless to worry about the results. Once you have given it, your 	best shot there is no reason why you should fail, so why panic. 2. We must have confidence in ourselves. We must tell ourselves that 	nothing is impossible unto us and that we can face all the 	difficulties of life without giving up on them. 3. We should never think low about ourselves. Like everyone else, we 	are all humans and have equal rights to life. We should never worry 	about what others think about us because at the end of the day you 	are your best judge. 4. You must remind yourself at all times that life is meant for 	being lived every moment and not for worrying every moment what the 	next will bring about.</p>

<p> Do you feel like a stampede of elephants is running through your 	head? Do you feel like you cannot take anymore? If you feel this way often you may have 	medical issues, however if this comes and go you have an inability 	to deal with stress, which causes you anxiety, panic, stress and 	sometimes phobia. What can you do? Well, first you can take a couple 	short tests to see where your stress level is and move ahead. Do not 	let the term test raise your blood level. <br/><br />
 The test score is based on the count from one to five. The lowest 	number is one of course and the highest is five. Thus, once you 	decide your level add your score at the bottom. If the score is 	high, you need to find ways to reduce the stress in your life. If 	the score is low, you may want to work to improve to avoid running 	into problems later. <br/><br />

 One of the things that helped me to learn to cope with stress and 	deal with life, emotions, and the like was to let go and let God. 	Even if you do not believe in God, let go and let him anyway. 	Another tactic is to learn to accept what you cannot change and 	change what you can. Taking it one day at a time, or one minute at a 	time for some of us is also helpful. As for procrastinating, train 	to get it done now so you do not have to worry about it later. The 	more effort you apply to coming out of the state of mind, the more 	chance you have of living healthy without worrying about anxiety and 	panic. <br/><br />
 Now, to finalize the testing I want you to sit down and think about 	what each of the meanings and definitions are to the words listed in 	the test and find positive meaning while applying it to your life.</p>

<p> How do you feel? What is making you tick? Why do you feel 	anxious and panicky? The first question only you can answer, as well 	as the second, however if you feel anxious often and panicky, 	possibly I can answer your questions. <br/><br />
 First of all, fear and anxiety or common, ordinary response to 	stimulus of the mind, which is perceived by the mind and rises and 	falls depending on the level of threat perceived. To help you 	understand anxiety and fear response we can consider anxiety 	response vs. fear response. If a person receives a bill in the mail, 	which is due in less than a week and no money is available, anxiety 	often sets in while increasing the blood level. If a person is 	driving and skids nearly missing a semi, thus this is a response of 	fear. <br/><br />
 The problem is fear and anxiety work hand in hand, since both will 	send similar or the same signals. For instance, if fear responds it 	will send to the mind confusion, negative thoughts, doubts, 	apprehension, helplessness, worry, and the like. Likewise, while 	anxiety strikes it will send the same results. This often confuses 	the mind since the anxiety could have vague meaning and be 	imprecise. On the other hand, fear could have well definition, yet 	the mind response to both actions in like manner. The key then is 	training the mind to get rid of anxiety and panic, thus training the 	mind to response to fear and anxiety on its level. <span id="more-48"></span><br/><br />
 Panic attacks are fear on an intense level. Sometimes panic attacks 	come from imagined responses, while some times the panic attacks are 	valid. The key is controlling panic before it controls you. For 	instance, if you are driving and nearly hit a semi, rather than 	losing control train the mind to use self-control. One thing I find 	of interest is on nearly every horror, action, or drama movie you 	watch the victims make fatal mistakes that cost their lives. For 	instance, possibly you&#8217;ve seen the movie Wolf Creek. The movie is 	based on true events and involves a serial killer that is currently 	in Australia claiming lives today. In the movie, a young girl 	escapes the ropes the killer tied her in and wandered around looking 	for her friends. In the movie, the young girl spots her friend in an 	old barn and the killer is torturing the young woman. The girl 	thinks, finds opportune and prances. She sneaks in the building and 	finds a high-power shotgun with scope attached. Now instead of 	aiming, firing, and killing the monster, she acts out of her fear, 	stress, panic, and anxiety and shoots off his ear. He passes out 	shortly, thus instead of killing this monster a second time by 	bashing in his head, she ended up dead from fatal mistakes 	throughout the movie. <br/><br />
 As you can see failing to control stress, fear, anxiety and panic 	can lead to death. If the girl thought, again she would have 	pointed, aimed at the top of the head or heart the heart and all 	three of the victims would have escaped the havoc. <br/><br />
 Panic attacks can cause a series of problems. Some of the problems 	include choking, dyspnea, sweats, numbness, trembling, 	depersonalization, and/or derealization, hot flashes, heart 	acceleration, chills, pain in the chest area and so forth. Now ask 	self, how do you feel? What makes you tick? How do you cope with 	anxiety, stress, panic, and fear? <br/><br />
 Next, we can review the types of anxiety problems existing today.</p>

 Unless you have bipolar symptoms, or similar bio-chemical issues, 	i.e. chemical imbalances of that cause you severe distress, panic 	and anxiety is common. The problem is many people fail to control 	their stress, which leads to overwhelming anxiety and panic attacks. <br/><br />
 Bipolar minds often endure highs, which are indications of mania. 	Bipolar minds also suffer lows, which is indications of depression. 	At what time the bipolar symptom rise the patient will feel increase 	of energy and both physical and mental stamina. The process or 	change heightens the person&#8217;s moods, which often promotes overstated 	views of self. The person moves to irritation, while displaying 	destructive and hostile behaviors. As the highs continue, the mind 	starts decreasing the nature necessity of sleep, thus fatigue not 	existing, regardless of the lack of sleep. <span id="more-10"></span><br/><br />
 Bipolar minds often think delusional, thus believing they are better 	than they truly are, i.e. grandiose in mind. Most times the person 	while high will increase speed of talk as they ideas take flight and 	their thoughts begin to race. This brings the person to become 	impulsive, thus acting out while demonstrating poor judgments. The 	distractibility of the mind causes the person to engage in 	destructive behaviors, while sometimes enduring hallucinations 	and/or delusions. <br/><br />
 As the symptoms are low, the bipolar mind will often experience 	reoccurring visions and/or thoughts of killing self and/or death. 	The suicidal thoughts promote negative energies that lead to pains 	and aches that have no apparent reason. The person will have trouble 	in concentrating while feeling indecisive. Sometimes the mind will 	make the person feel guilty, thus lead to a feeling of 	worthlessness. This brings down the energy flow, while the body 	feels weighed down and tired. The person goes through a stage where 	he or she often feels indifferent, i.e. having no interest in any 	thing. The person will often think negative, feeling pessimistic 	about everything, thus feeling hopeless. The sleep and diet plans 	change often for these people, since they fail to plan or set goals 	for self. <br/><br />
 If you experience any of these symptoms get to the doctor now since 	you likely have bipolar, which is a chemical imbalance that affects 	the mind? If you fail to go to the doctor for help, you will not 	only get worse over time, you will drive everyone around you nuts or 	away. <br/><br />
 I helped a woman suffering bipolar (maniac depression) recover from 	her mental state of mind, rather subdued her symptoms. She called me 	at what time we first started talking 18 to 20 times each day. The 	calls came morning, afternoon and evening. If you want help with 	bipolar do not make the mistakes she did, i.e. fighting your doctors 	decision to treat the illness. Take your medicines and find someone 	that is willing to listen to you, allow you to express your feelings 	and help you to cope with the suicidal thoughts. <br/><br />
 Overall, I listened mostly to the patient, while helping her to see 	reality vs. her illusions. I frequently pointed out her fine 	qualities and helped her to see that each complaint you made was not 	unrealistic. I pointed out, her negative thoughts and how they could 	harm her while helping her to understand her imbalance of the mind. 	Today the woman never calls, thus eventually she was down to calling 	one time per day. As you can see regardless of the problem you face 	you have choices, which includes better self to healthier living. 	The point is if you do not have extreme symptoms of panic and 	anxiety, thus you will need to discover helpful tips in controlling 	the times you do experience panic and anxiety. As you can see, a 	delegation campaign could never hurt.</p>

<p> We sometimes like to avoid things that strike the emotions. This 	will only lead to problem. Instead of voiding problems, it is wise 	to face the issues, rather than dismiss them. If you allow problems 	to add up, it will only cause you bigger problems later. Facing 	problems is the only solution for eliminating panic and anxiety. 	Facing problems also means facing your fears. <br/><br />
 Avoidance is the process of evading what you fear. When you start 	dodging bullets the bullets in time will aim, hit, and fire. Once 	the bullets start firing they usually shoots in numbers, thus 	building up fire to hit the target. What you have to do is reverse 	those bullets and aim them in another direction. In other words, 	search the mind for new ideas that will help you to better self. If 	you work to better self, you will soon find anxiety and panic 	redirecting its bullets to another person searching to get rid of 	anxiety and panic. <br/><br />
 Bullets when they hit the fan will cause enormous pain, thus 	avoidance is bullets that hit, hit, and finally burn out your 	emotions. The emotions are powerful and if you gain control of your 	emotions, you will feel an enormous power within. Emotions express 	feelings, sentiment, sensations, and passion. Sentiments deliver 	responses, reactions, attitudes, opinions, and outlooks. Sensations 	are our feeling that helps us to sense while expression impressions, 	delivering awareness, conscious and so forth. Now if avoidance <span id="more-60"></span><br/><br />
 One of the biggest problems in life is people fail to get to know 	self. Often the reason is simple, such as they do not want the big 	responsibility that comes along with knowing self. Responsibility 	includes liability, blame, and accountability, which is a deep 	threat to the emotions. The deal is learning to accept, understand, 	and go with it. If you face responsibility, you will soon face 	consciousness, reliability, and trustworthiness. Therefore, what are 	you afraid of, take responsibility? <br/><br />
 We come from a life that breaks us down mentally, and tears us apart 	like shreds. Each day we survive another bullet goes in our soul 	(body) making us turn another way and try to avoid the reality 	impact. Impacts often strike the emotions leading to reactions, 	which lead to consequences. Thus, if you train the mind to learn 	that reactions lead to consequences and consequences lead to 	responsibility you have a chance. <br/><br />
 What an amazing finding if you just stop avoidance, wake up, and 	build you. If you are afraid to find who you are, prepare since the 	rest of your life you will have problems. Now if you think 	responsibility is bad, try ongoing problems, and see what you come 	up with. You can measure the value and come up with an overwhelming 	product. It takes you to stop the bullets firing in your direction. 	If you think you are at war now, keep avoiding problems and one day 	you will wake up in a literal war. <br/><br />
 Life is a vacation, or else a misery. If you view life as a 	vacation, often you will find your mind feeling less stress, which 	eliminates panic and anxiety. Anxiety is worry. Sometimes we fret or 	worry over things we have no control more than often we worry over 	things we do have control. It takes you to take your control and 	live your life with responsibilities while stopping the avoidance to 	lead your life. if you sit down and think of how you respond to your 	emotions you will soon see that most times your emotions control 	you, take control now and stop avoiding.</p>

<p> Do you panic each time your emotions roar? Can you cope with 	your stress?  Stress comes from many sources. Stress often occurs when we feel 	pressured or strained. After pressure starts, it starts to make us 	feel anxious. The trick is to realize worry or nervous tension is 	underlying the problem, therefore we need to learn to manage nervous 	tension and constant worrying. We all go through changes daily in 	our lives, and some of us face traumas, which increase the stress 	level. What are your eating habits and how have they changed in the past 	few months? 4. What are your dressing patterns? Do you dress to meet fads or to 	please self? 5. What is your financial status? Are your struggle or have you 	noticed changes? 6. Do you have problems with the law? 7. How is your family situation? 8. Do you engage in social activities? <br/><br />

 After answering, the questions consider the changes that has 	occurred in your life to reach your conclusion. If you answered in 	question one that your work situation is better, thus it shows you 	are making improvements. If not then you will need to find what is 	wrong to resolve the problem and make your work environment more 	pleasing to you. If you are losing sleep, you need to find out what 	you are doing to cause the problem. <br/><br />
 Lack of sleep will increase stress, thus finding the problem can 	help you get rid of anxiety and panic. You might want to consider 	nicotine, alcohol, caffeine and the like to decide what the problem 	is so that you can sleep more easily at night.</p>
