If I had a dime for each time, I had to deal with someone else’s emotions, let alone my own I would be the wealthiest woman in the world right now. Instead of writing about emotions, panic, and anxiety, I would probably be someone in the world escaping the process of completing the project. Woo…what did I just say? Oh, escaping, not… If you are constantly trying to escape responsibility, you will spend the course of your life worrying, panicking, and feeling anxious. Now, you see what it takes to get rid of anxiety and panic. Oh, you do not, well then let me continue.

How to Get Rid of Anxiety and Panic Attacks. Self Help Guide to Wellness.

How to Get Rid of Anxiety and Panic Attacks. Self Help Guide to Wellness.

We have two responses to understand that will help us to get rid of anxiety and panic attacks. The response is flight or fight. Threats are the ultimate source that causes stress to either decrease or increase depending on how you react. Most reactions come from biochemical change. The changes can prepare us to deal with the threats that make us to react.

The fact is if you respond negative to triggers of the emotion, which causes stress it can cause great harm to your emotions and physical wellness. The brain sends alarm warnings from the cerebral cortex, which means it starts to decide whether the danger is real or imagined and then sends it to the main switch known as hypothalamus, which is the stress responder button in the brain. Once the trigger is, hit, the nervous SNS system goes through changes, which targets the body. If the stress level is high you will notice your heart beating faster, or your blood pressure rising. If you can recall your history, you may remember a time when your hands were cold, especially at what time you felt stressed. The reason is the blood redirected to the large muscles bypassing the digestive system and areas of the body that helps you to function properly.

While the chain of reactions occurs, negative changes of the body begin. Many biochemical changes transpire, which cause the major parts of your body to shut down. As you can see, it is important to control stress, since it affects the body either negatively or in a positive light. The same way the brain reacts to flight to stress is the same way you can stop this from occurring. You have control. Now, if you tell your mind that danger is non-existing you have a chance, since if the mind starts to relax in a couple of minutes you will not experience anxiety or panic. However, if the mind continues to feel danger present it will continue to process negatively, which could lead to disease or chronic stress syndrome. Now you have a problem for real that poses true danger. [Read the rest of this entry...]

How to Get Rid of Anxiety and Panic Avoiding Reproach. Self Help.

How to Get Rid of Anxiety and Panic Avoiding Reproach. Self Help.

You may look at the term reproach and wonder how in the world can I avoid reproach to get rid of anxiety and panic. The truth is you will need reproach in your life, but it is how you use the reproach that determines if anxiety and panic will rise. Consider that reproach is criticism. Many of us criticize, however there is good and bad criticism. If you are accusing while reproaching it will spark emotions, rise blood levels and possibly start a riot. Thus, this will lead to panic and anxiety. However, if you talk to a person without judging, accusing, lecturing, chastising, and the like you can make a point that could help both you and the other party involved. Some forms of reproach are seen at what time an office gives a driver a warning instead of a ticket. The warning is letting the driver know that he or she needs to take steps to avoid the same problem. The problem if ignored could lead to much bigger problems.

Likewise, it is ok to lecture a person providing you talk, address issues, teach, and instruct the person with positive communication. However, if you go on and on for hours most times it will cause people to feel frustrated and most times the majority will miss the point.

The point is how we address issues in our life can determine the level of anxiety and panic we endure. Anyway, you go you will have anxiety and panic at some point, but it is how you deal with it and how you control you that determine the level of suffering. Stress is the leader of the pack followed by anxiety and then panic. What underlie stress however are stressors and the root of it all falls on fear. [Read the rest of this entry...]

A Better You in How to Get Rid of Anxiety and Panic.Self Help Guide.

A Better You in How to Get Rid of Anxiety and Panic.Self Help Guide.

Working to better you can cut down anxiety and panic attacks. Stressors are leaders of stress, which often targets each one of us everyday. For instance, I work hard to complete batches of articles while dealing with interferences and interruptions. People come to my door wanting to chat, get me out of the house, or take up my time asking for help. I am a nice person, thus I am easily, taken advantage of if I let them. Instead, I let people know that I have a job, a life, plans and goals and that I have less time than the average. I let them know that I do not want out of the house; otherwise, I would be running around all day. I inform them assertively that I am working toward my future, and while I appreciate their consideration, I am content in my position. Thus, asserting self and standing up and fighting to reach your goals is ultimate in bettering you and getting rid of anxiety and panic.

Taking action is the process of bettering self for a successful future. When you take action, you will find it easier to remove stressors. I could spend a lifetime crying each time I allowed someone to take control of my life, but instead, I control my own life and have no problem letting anyone know it. Of course, things come up we must deal with that interferes and interrupts our lives, however dealing with it now can put an end to the problem later.

Stressors are nasty little critters that work for us or against us. If you learn to minimize stressors you will have a friend, since when stress steps in, you will rarely feel anxious or panic. Now take the test to find out how you deal with stress. [Read the rest of this entry...]
